Review finding decision buttons mismatch backend contract for Blocker/High findings

ReviewFindingItem renders 'Accept' (→ Accepted) and 'Fixed' (→ Fixed) buttons for all severity levels. The backend rejects both values for Blocker/High findings with HTTP 400, so these buttons always fail. Valid decisions for Blocker/High are AcceptedForFix and ManuallyHandled, which have no corresponding buttons.

Branch the button set by severity: for Blocker/High show 'AcceptedForFix' and 'ManuallyHandled' buttons; for Medium/Low keep 'Accepted', 'Fixed', 'Overridden'. Align button label text with the decision enum value sent to the API.

New gate override and review finding decision endpoints lack authentication

POST /quality-gates/{gateRunId}/override and POST /review-findings/{findingId}/decision record currentUser.UserId in audit trails but apply no authentication policy, allowing unauthenticated callers to override gates or change finding decisions.

Apply the same authorization policy used by existing workflow action endpoints. If the route group already has a policy, verify it applies to these routes; otherwise add explicit RequireAuthorization() or [Authorize] to each handler.

Docker socket mount gives host root-equivalent access inside final smoke containers

DockerSocketMounts() mounts /var/run/docker.sock unconditionally when present. User-supplied diff content runs inside the container during final smoke, creating a theoretical privilege escalation path.

Document the risk clearly in operational notes. Consider using a Docker-in-Docker sidecar with limited capabilities or restricting the container network during final smoke. At minimum, add a log warning when the socket is mounted.

FindingSeverity comparison uses numeric ordering assumption that may be incorrect

ReviewGateIssuesAsync uses `x.Severity <= FindingSeverity.High` to identify Blocker/High findings. This relies on the enum integers ordering Blocker < High < Medium. If the enum is ordered differently, the gate will silently miscategorize findings as blocking or non-blocking.

Replace the ordinal comparison with an explicit pattern match: `x.Severity is FindingSeverity.Blocker or FindingSeverity.High`. Verify the FindingSeverity enum definition.

QualityGateRun.ProfileName is not truncated before saving, risking DB constraint violation

GitPushBranch step StartedAt set prematurely when FinalContainerSmoke completes

When FinalContainerSmoke finishes, the code sets gitPushStep.StartedAt ??= now before GitPushBranch is actually dequeued. The UI timeline will show the push step as having started when it was only pended.

Remove the `gitPushStep.StartedAt ??= now` line from the FinalContainerSmoke completion handler. StartedAt should only be set when the job is actually picked up by a worker.

No API-level tests for the two new endpoints

The acceptance criteria lists Playwright e2e coverage as required for gate status, failed checks, artifact links, and override UI. The 4 passing Playwright tests are pre-existing smoke tests that do not exercise any of the new gate UI.

Add at least one Playwright test exercising the Quality Gates panel on the workflow detail page, verifying gate status badge rendering and the override textarea/button for a failed overrideable gate.

InspectContainerIdAsync may always return null for short-lived containers

docker inspect is called after docker run exits. If the container was run with --rm or is otherwise removed, inspect will fail and return null silently. Container audit metadata will be blank.

Capture the container ID from docker run output (--cidfile or --name pattern) before the container exits, rather than inspecting after.

overrideQualityGate and decideReviewFinding in api.ts skip normalizeWorkflowDetail
