The Jira ticket calls for showing workflow step durations and live timers, but the diff only updates the dashboard's active-count filter. The implementation report confirms the prior duration/timer implementation is absent from this checkout, so this PR does not by itself satisfy the ticket's acceptance criteria.

Track the remaining duration/timer work in a follow-up PR/ticket and reference it in the merge description so the KAN-11 trail is clear; do not close KAN-11 on the strength of this change alone.

`workflow.status.includes("Failed")` matches both `Failed` and `TestsFailed`. With `TestsFailed` now treated as terminal, the dashboard's `failing` tile will count test-failure workflows alongside hard failures. This may be intended but is not made explicit and depends on a substring match rather than an enumerated set.

Confirm the desired UX and, if intentional, switch to an explicit set check (e.g., `["Failed", "TestsFailed"].includes(workflow.status)`) so the tile's semantics are obvious from the code.

The dashboard uses a mix of `includes("Waiting")`, `includes("Failed")`, equality checks against `"ReadyForPr"`/`"PrCreated"`, and the new `isTerminalWorkflowStatus` helper. The recent regression (missing `Cancelled`/`TestsFailed`) is the kind of drift that recurs when statuses are stringly-typed and duplicated across call sites.

Centralize workflow statuses (e.g., a typed union and predicate set in a shared `workflow-status.ts`) and have the dashboard, detail page, and future consumers import from it.

Add a unit test for `isTerminalWorkflowStatus`

The new helper encodes the canonical terminal-status set but has no test coverage. A small unit test would prevent future regressions when statuses are added (which is exactly the class of bug this PR fixes).

If/when frontend test infrastructure is in place, add a test asserting `true` for each terminal status and `false` for representative in-flight statuses; otherwise note this as a follow-up when test infra lands.
