GitHubClient._apiBaseUrl throws NullReferenceException if ApiBaseUrl is null

The inline field initialiser `options.Value.ApiBaseUrl.TrimEnd('/')` dereferences without a null guard. If GitHubAppOptions is not registered or ApiBaseUrl is omitted from configuration, the API process crashes at startup. Tests never exercise the real GitHubClient so this is undetectable by the test suite.

Add a null/empty guard: `string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(options.Value?.ApiBaseUrl) ? "https://api.github.com" : options.Value.ApiBaseUrl.TrimEnd('/')`. Also confirm GitHubAppOptions is bound from configuration in the DI setup.

Legacy POST /api/repositories now returns 409 for duplicate repos (was 400)

RepositoryConfigService.CreateAsync delegates to RegisterGitHubAsync, which throws RepositoryAlreadyRegisteredException. TryMapRepositoryException maps this to 409 Conflict. Any consumer relying on 400 for duplicate detection will silently break. No test guards this regression.

Either document the behaviour change, add a regression test asserting the legacy endpoint returns 409 on duplicate, or preserve the original 400 mapping for backward compatibility.

NormalizeCloneUrl accepts http:// scheme, allowing plaintext credential transmission

The method permits URI scheme http in addition to https. A user-supplied http:// GitHub clone URL will pass validation and be persisted. During clone operations, any credentials embedded in git config or environment are transmitted unencrypted, violating the ticket's requirement that credentials are not exposed.

Remove `uri.Scheme != Uri.UriSchemeHttp` from the allowed-scheme check so only https:// and git SSH (git@) are accepted. Add a test asserting http:// is rejected.

Playwright E2E smoke test not verified to pass

The Jira AC explicitly requires a Playwright smoke for create-project → register-repo → create-workflow. The test was implemented but every run attempt failed due to missing libglib-2.0.so.0 in the container. No green pass has ever been observed. Merging without a confirmed passing E2E test leaves the most critical user-visible acceptance criterion unverified.

Run `npm run test:e2e` in a standard CI environment with Playwright browser dependencies installed and confirm the test passes before merging.

DerivedCloneUrl duplicated in GitHubClient and RepositoryConfigService

Both classes define an identical `private static string DerivedCloneUrl(string owner, string name)` method. Future drift between them could silently produce mismatched URLs between what is stored and what is compared.

Extract to a shared internal static helper, e.g., GitHubUrlHelper in the Application or Infrastructure layer, and reference from both classes.

TestGitHubClient.CreateRepositoryAsync does not normalise owner/name to lowercase

ProbeRepositoryAsync in TestGitHubClient lowercases owner/name, but CreateRepositoryAsync returns request.Owner/request.Name as-is. The service pre-normalises values before passing them, so current tests pass. A future test that constructs a CreateGitHubRepositoryRequest with mixed-case owner before normalization would hit the probeOwner != input.Owner guard and throw unexpectedly.

Apply `request.Owner.ToLowerInvariant()` and `request.Name.ToLowerInvariant()` in TestGitHubClient.CreateRepositoryAsync to match the real client contract.

UpdateTestProfileAsync now validates JSON but has no test coverage

ValidateTestProfileContent was applied to UpdateTestProfileAsync, silently changing its error type to RepositoryValidationException for malformed JSON. No test exercises this path, so regressions in validation logic would go undetected.

Add a test in ProjectRepositoryServiceTests asserting that UpdateTestProfileAsync throws RepositoryValidationException for invalid JSON and for a profile missing the commands array.

Consider surfacing CanRead:false as a UI warning when registering without credentials

When no GitHub token is configured, ProbeRepositoryAsync returns Status='Unverified' and CanRead=false. RegisterGitHubAsync proceeds and saves the repository. The dialog shows the verification status after save, but does not block or warn prominently that the repo is unreachable. A user could register a private repo they cannot actually clone, and the failure would only surface at workflow run time.

After a successful register, if verification.status !== 'Verified' or verification.canRead === false, show a persistent amber warning in the dialog: 'Repository saved but could not be verified — workflow runs may fail at clone.' This does not require a backend change.
